Yes — new subscribers receive a three-month free trial across every standard plan. No credit card is required to start; you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
Yes. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, once the free trial ends a minimum 12-month paid subscription applies. You can still cancel before the next renewal after the initial term.
Pricing is shown in NZD or AUD, excluding GST. New Zealand subscribers have 15% GST added at checkout. Australian subscribers pay no GST — the subscription is a zero-rated export from New Zealand.
You can upgrade at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — no refund is issued for unused time in the current paid period.
We'll notify you as you approach your plan limit and prompt you to upgrade. We won't automatically charge you for exceeding limits.
Yes. When one customer profile manages more than one business, the first business is charged at full annual price and each additional business receives a bundle discount. Each business still gets its own separate dashboard.
Yes. We send a renewal reminder by both email and SMS at least one month before your subscription renews, so you have time to decide whether to keep, upgrade, or cancel before you're billed for the next term.
Access continues until the end of your current paid period — after that, invoices and quotes inside Sparrow are no longer available. We always prompt you to export PDF or CSV copies before cancellation takes effect, and your business profile is retained so you can reactivate later under the same active company without re-entering your details.
Unused subscription periods are not credited or refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We may change pricing for a renewal term with at least 30 days' notice before the renewal date. Your current paid term is unaffected.
