Copyright Statement
Sparrow Invoicing

1. Ownership and copyright protection
Unless otherwise indicated, all material featured on the Sparrow Invoicing website, software platform, applications, portals, and related services is owned by, or licensed to, Sparrow Invoicing and is protected by copyright, intellectual property, and related laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, documents, templates, invoice layouts, reports, dashboards, software screens, user interface designs, workflows, source code, object code, documentation, branding, and other platform content.
2. Permitted use
You may view, download, or print material from the website or platform only where Sparrow Invoicing provides an authorised option to do so, and only for your personal or internal business use in connection with your lawful use of the Service. Any authorised copy must not be altered in a misleading way and must retain any copyright, proprietary, or attribution notices.
3. Restrictions on copying, reproduction, and commercial use
Except as expressly permitted by Sparrow Invoicing in writing or by applicable law, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, share, sell, license, mirror, frame, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Sparrow Invoicing material, software, design, documentation, template, or platform content.
4. Screenshot and screen recording protection
To protect confidential business information, client data, and platform content, users must not take unauthorised screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, downloads, copies, or other captures of restricted areas of the platform. Restricted areas include, but are not limited to, client records, invoices, quotes, credit notes, reports, dashboards, payment records, customer databases, internal settings, software screens, system designs, and private account information.
5. Technical protection measures and monitoring
Sparrow Invoicing may apply reasonable technical and operational protections to help prevent unauthorised copying, disclosure, or misuse. These may include watermarking, restricted downloads, disabled right-click, copy protection, access controls, role-based permissions, session tracking, audit logs, activity logging, and other security or monitoring features, where lawful and technically available. These protections do not remove your responsibility to comply with this statement, the Terms of Use, and any applicable law.
6. Accurate reproduction and acknowledgement
Where Sparrow Invoicing material is shared, referenced, or reproduced with written permission, it must be reproduced accurately, not used in a misleading or deceptive context, and Sparrow Invoicing must be clearly acknowledged as the source unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Third-party material
Any third-party material displayed on or linked from the Sparrow Invoicing website or platform remains the property of the relevant third-party copyright owner or licensor. Permission to reproduce, use, or distribute third-party material must be obtained directly from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits otherwise.
8. No transfer of rights
Access to, or use of, the Sparrow Invoicing website or platform does not transfer any ownership, title, interest, copyright, trade mark, licence, or other intellectual property right to you, except for the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Use.
9. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in this statement is intended to restrict any rights that cannot legally be restricted, including any mandatory rights, permitted uses, or exceptions available under applicable copyright, consumer, privacy, or other laws.
